WHG Investments is a private real estate firm that specializes in the procurement, development, management, and disposition of various commercial real estate asset types including multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial and self-storage. The firm effectuates its strategy by utilizing long-standing relationships to ascertain acquisition and development opportunities within a specific target market.  WHG is currently focused on acquisition and development opportunities in Dallas, Texas and Austin, Texas.

Paul Weismann, Partner  (email)

Mr. Weismann has over 20 years of investment experience and specializes in capital raising and investor relationships.  Along with his responsibilities with WHG, Mr. Weismann also operates a family office in Westport, Connecticut where he manages the investment portfolio of the firm.  Prior to operating the family office, Mr. Weismann has worked for numerous private equity and hedge funds in New York with a focus on real estate, healthcare, and technology.  Mr. Weismann attended Georgetown University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Government before attending Columbia University for his Master in Business Administration.  Mr. Weismann carries a dual citizenship with the United States and United Kingdom and also is a certified FAA Airline Transport Pilot which he volunteers his time flying for the Special Olympics, Veterans Airlift Command, and Patient Airlift Services (PALS).

Mr. Hamilton is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for new transactions.  Mr. Hamilton is also actively involved in the day-to-day asset management needs of the firm. Prior to WHG, Mr. Hamilton has held several positions with Dallas/Fort Worth based private investment firms, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing new development and value-add acquisitions. Throughout his career, Mr. Hamilton has been involved in the due diligence, acquisition, management, and disposition of over $1.5 billion worth of real estate transactions in multiple products types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality. Since 2015, Mr. Hamilton has procured and managed approximately $200,000,000 in multifamily real estate assets.  Mr. Hamilton attended Southern Methodist University where he received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business (cum laude}, a Master in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business (cum laude}, and a Juris Doctorate from the Dedman School of Law.

Michael C. Gibson, Partner  (email)

Mr. Gibson has more than 18 years of direct asset management experience in both real estate and other financial instruments. He has focused on value add and opportunistic real estate transactions in NY, Washington, Southern California, Missouri and Texas for both private clients and public institutions. His primary focus throughout his career has been acquisitions and asset management of special situations across all asset classes. Mr.  Gibson is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He has completed post graduate work at New York University in Real Estate Finance and Accounting.
